3. Prices and Availability

Prices, promotions and product availability may change without prior notice.

The price displayed during checkout is the price charged, subject to correction of an evident pricing or technical error.

We may correct inaccurate product information, pricing or availability and may cancel an affected order. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

We may accept, decline, cancel or limit an order for legitimate reasons, including:

6. Shipping and Delivery

Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days.

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (UTC-5) on a business day are scheduled to ship that same business day, provided payment is authorized and the shipping information is complete.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM (UTC-5), on weekends or on public holidays will ship no later than the second business day.

Estimated transit time is 4–7 business days. Estimated total delivery time is 5–9 business days. All timeframes are calculated in business days.

We offer free standard shipping to eligible US addresses but do not ship to APO, FPO or DPO military addresses.

We work with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx and dependable freight partners to deliver orders safely and reliably.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of the recorded delivery date, subject to the requirements in our Return and Refund Policy.

Approved eligible returns within the US receive free return shipping and are not subject to a restocking fee.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned product has been inspected.

8. Cancellations and Exchanges

Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order.

Because qualifying orders may ship on the same business day, cancellation cannot be completed if the order has already shipped. An eligible return may be requested after delivery.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers who want another product, size, color or style must return the eligible original product and place a separate new order.

9. Acceptable Website Use

You may not:

* Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
* Interfere with website security or operation.
* Introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful technology.
* Access restricted systems or data without authorization.
